I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over five years of therapy experience. I am licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois. I immediately became interested in a more holistic approach to complete healing when I discovered most of my clientele were not having success with traditional therapy. I have found Myofascial Release to be a better way of treating the whole person. My clients have often shown more success after MFR treatments then when I use strictly traditional treatments.
I practice the John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. The courses that I have taken have changed the ability of my body's tissue to heal and I look forward to using these techniques to help you! our paragraph here.

I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 18 years of experience, licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois. I have found in my practice of traditional medicine, that I was putting a "band-aid" on patient's symptoms, only able to take their treatment until they "plateaued"; then discharging them. I felt like I was never getting the results they deserved, until now.
I practice the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, and am an Expert Level practitioner. I have completed over 300 hours of myofascial release training. Classes taken include MFR I, II, and III, Unwinding, Advanced Unwinding, Rebounding, Fascial-Pelvis, Cervical-Thoracic, Pediatric MFR, Quantum Leap, Women's Health, and Skill Enhancement with John F. Barnes. These courses have changed my life and the life of my family. Now I hope that they will help to change yours.

Now Accepting new Clients!
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant specializing in Pediatrics. I currently work for Cooperative Educational Service Agency of Wisconsin providing therapy to children in a school setting. Recently after completing my Occupational Therapy education at Madison College, I was introduced to many different treatment modalities to relieve stress, trauma, and pain—some of which came from my own personal experiences. Traditional medicine only provided temporary results, so I began searching for a holistic treatment for my painful restrictions. After the completion of the John Barnes Myofascial Release series, I found so much relief from my pain—both physically and emotionally. Now I want to share what I learned with others to help improve the quality of life for those who struggle from pain and dysfunction. Myofascial Release has given me the ability to enjoy and embrace life to the fullest! I look forward to working with you!
